What is the minimum stay?
Five nights. Most guests stay seven to ten — Florence rewards a slower pace.
How does payment work?
30% deposit on confirmation, balance 30 days before arrival. Bank transfer, or Visa / Mastercard / Amex.
Cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 60 days before arrival. 50% from 60 to 30 days. Within 30 days, non-refundable — but date changes are usually possible.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Cot, high chair, and a small selection of children's books are available on request — please mention ages in your inquiry.
Pets?
We are not currently able to accept pets, with apologies. We can recommend trusted pet-sitters in the city.
Accessibility?
The residence is on a single elevated floor, served by a small lift (two persons). The tower passage between wings includes a few steps. Please write if you need detail.
Parking?
There is no on-site parking — the centre of Florence is a limited-traffic zone. We arrange a private garage two minutes away (€35 / day) or airport / train station transfer by car.
Check-in?
In-person check-in by our property manager, between 16:00 and 19:00. Earlier arrivals welcome — luggage may be left from 11:00.
Cleaning during your stay?
Daily light service is optional (€80 / day); a mid-week deeper clean is included for stays of seven nights or more.
Languages?
English, Italian, and French. Concierge messages are answered within four hours during your stay.
